Advanced Everlast Speed

Hardest boxing workout?

I've done the Everlast advanced boxing workout and the Pit. Looking for a video/dvd that will challenge me even more. I have a heavy bag and speed bag. I just need the video in the background or I will piss out. Any suggestions?

if you want to improve muscle staminia do this:
Work on the heavy bag, hit it as many punches as you can for 30 seconds, then take 15 seconds break , and work again 30 seconds hit the bag as many punches as u can.
Do it for 5 rounds, it will be the hardest thing you ever done.
