I recently got some new shin guards, size M. Im 16 years old, 5'8, fairly skinny. The brand is adidas and also come with an ankle guard that you can attach. The first time I wore them in practice, they felt fine and I was really happy with them. The second and third day of practice, they were torture. I had to keep adjusting them and I was having a hard time running through the pain. I was playing with the ankle guards. The shin guards actually have alot of padding on the bottom. The area right below my shins is what is being affected. Has anyone had a similar experience with shin guards, and what should I do?
Sometimes a new shin gaurd does that, I got used to mine over time, but try putting your socks inside the gaurd and it may help

What should I use to protect my ankle+ what do i wear over my mouth(Braces)?
Again i ask.
i hurt my ankle a long time ago (3 months or 4).
And its kinda red(small area).Kinda like scarr. But when I push my finger on it.it hurts.Which Is "i dont care" Thats not my question so you dont have to tell me anything.But i know in basketball that when you jump its possible you can fall on your ankle.Is there a way to prevent from hurting your ankle?

And I `m Getting braces the 6th.So when i play baskteball in a few months.I dont wanna get hit in the mouth andhave to go to the dentist.so what should i wear over my mouth?

I'm not really sure about your ankle, you could try an ankle brace, or running shoes with a higher mouth or something. As for the braces, it's hard to have any sort of mouthguard on when you have them (speaking from personal experience) without breaking off a bracket or bending the wire. You shouldn't have to worry about them anyway. Braces are generally sturdy enough to stand up to rough treatment, you're more likely to cut the inside of your lip before then. Some dentist offices have a sort of braces wax that could help that.
