what are the best ways to improve technique, hand speed and power, and footwork endurance . I workout with one of my friends who is and looking for advice we do have heavy bags, speed bags, and focus mitts. any websites or direct advice would be greatly appreciated.

a punching bag you can get a water one is good quality's its around 100$ don't matter what brand i know you want cheap priced gloves but hey its better to pay more for something that you know it will last forever
