If you don’t like the taste of green tea, or if you just don’t find it practical to drink this much tea in one day, you can try taking green tea extract in supplement form. Choose a high quality green tea supplement that will be sure to contain all of the nutritional components of the plant.

    Hmmm, I don’t know why you think exercise equipment is out of the question, or why you think that being chained up to a desk is your best way of losing the weight. You need to find something active to do, that gets you moving and out of the house, as well as starting to lose the weight that you do have. I went from a BMI of 60 to my current 46 in under 6 months (Weight from 570-> 440) by doing some exercise and eating right. One of the worst things you can do is chain yourself to a radiator. You also probably need more food than 2 square meals a day, but you need way less shitty food, and way less snacks, and way less sugary drinks. In fact, I’m willing to bet that if you were to go buy a heart rate monitor, get up bright and early every day and go take a walk where you hit 140 heart rate for 10-15 minutes, and have a simple breakfast that alone would be huge to your weight loss.
