ummmmmm please help! major binge!?
kay i seriously binged today:(
breakfast: 1 piece of french toast (little bit of powered sugar, syrup), blueberries & strawberries
snack: me and my friend popped a bag of popcorn an ate it
lunch: 1 slice of homeade pizza (w/ part-skim mozzerella), 1 large orange
dinner: i helped make homeade egg noodles (and snacked kind of a lot i guess, idk), but I made whole wheat egg noodles (2 helpings-ugh-, and they had olive oil, nuts, garlic, herbs, and veggies on them), a few orange slices
dessert: 1 large bunch of small green grapes
ugh i know! a lot of food. how can i make up for it tonight! what can i do to work out!
(btw i am a 14 year old girl, 5 feet and 4 1/2 inches tall, and weigh about 127 pounds)
i think i might only eat fruit and veggies tomorrow...like be TOTALLY HEALTHY!
the ONE SLICE of pizza was acually a couple of square slices that were really small (like 2x2 1/2) or something like that im estimating:(
That is actually fairly healthy. Although they're rich in vitamins, fruits and vegetables are filled with simple carbohydrates, meaning you need grain products for complex carbohydrates, and meats or nuts for protein. Otherwise your body won't be functioning well soon >.>
