Ball Gloves can I use lacrosse gloves in ball hockey?
This time of year in Texas it's often over 100F (40C) and usually I use a lighter pair of hockey gloves for roller hockey, but do you think I could use my lacrosse gloves? STX Catalyst, if it matters ..
This is for skating out obviously. When in net I use goalie gear.
I do it all the time, I have a pair of Brine Silo gloves and wearing these during the summer is the best thing I have ever done because they are so light and don't absorb the heat, also my Eagle Gloves are heavily insulated. Also I used to play in a league that was at a outdoor rink during the summer and 90% of the kids had Lax gloves.

Designed to build the muscle groups in your fingers, hands, wrists and forearms, the Gripp II is one of the newest hand exercisers and stress relievers on the market. Perfect for building dexterity and reducing stress, this handy accessory is great for golfers of all ages.
Weighted Agility Glove The Weighted Agility Gloves WAGs are the only FINGER weighted gloves designed to enhance finger, hand, wrist, forearm and upper body strength, speed and agility, generating significant increases in club head speed and club control. The unique design allows the golfer to use the gloves in the sport specific motion of swinging the club while not altering the mechanics of the swing, which is critical for accuracy. The gloves also have an adjustable weight on the back of the hand to add additional weight as the golfer challenges himselfherself to swing harder and with more precision. As the muscles in the hand are uniquely fired, motor control of the muscles is gained thereby adding precision to the short game as well. The gloves are guaranteed to improve swing speed within 4 weeks or your money back minimum usage of 3 times per week at 15 minutes. Currently over a dozen long drive tour members use the gloves for an added advantage in swing speed. I started using the Weighted Agility Gloves 4 months ago and had a measured swing of 137 MPH.After using the gloves during that time period, I now have a 155 MPH swing. The Weighted Agility Gloves WAGs are the only new training item I used during this time period. There is no doubt this unique finger weighted glove has enhanced my swing speed, but has also added touch around the greens. I have tried many other training aids and this one is definitely the best I have ever used for driving the ball further, along with club control. Having the weight on the hands does not alter the path of the club which is key for accuracy. Baseball Gloves & Skills : What Skills Do You Need to Become a Baseball Player?
Does adding pine tar to your baseball glove make the ball stick better?
The ball seems to fall out of my glove, and I am already concentrating on using 2 hands so I don't what the problem is.
Yeah it might, but then tar would transfer to the ball and that would be illegal and you would be asked to sit out the rest of the game by the umpires!
Hey, Firas I thought you went out into the world found a big pot of gold and were busy trying to figure out how to spend it all. It is good to hear from you.
I want to thank all of you for your interest in the new training spot. Let's not forget to thank Mehron for his willingness to set this entire action in motion. Please assist us by using the space. We will need a place to lock up the gear but I will provide enough gear to get us started. Heavy bag, Timing ball, Gloves, kicking pads and weights if you think they are needed. We do not want to loose the equipment but we should have it there for use.
If you use the gear please clean it after it is used and we will figure out how to hang up the gloves so they dry.
I hope you will all allow me to work out and not just stand around. It is time for you all to start setting new goals and use the foundation I was able to share with you to develop your skills in the directions that seem best for you.
It has been my pleasure to work with all of you and I hope you have gained strength and direction during your time with the club.
Please send out a thank you to Pat for his assistance, I know that Big John found the location and the rest of you have agreed to assist with the support of the space. I thank all of you and I hope you will bring in some of the other artist from the area. The least we can do is to open our doors to others so that we can all advance.
Talk to Nick, Tony, Virgil, and others and see if they are interested in training. It will take some time before we know where this may take us.
Let’s locate some mats and anything else you can think of so we can learn from whoever is willing to train us.
Just bought my 7 year old son his second ball glove… a Kimera type… better than any glove that I ever had as a kid, but it is worth every penny… strongly encourage everyone to buy American… buy Nokona!
