Bandage Wraps
Is there a reason why Sagara Sanosuke (Rurouni Kenshin) is always wearing bandage wrap around his ribs?
he also wears it on his feet. could it be for extra support maybe.
It's for extra support. Taking as many hits as Sano does, he needs it. The same is true for his ankle wraps, it's just additional support for his body (It's done by wrapping it tightly so that the support is given by not allowing the body to move as much).

should you sleep with an ace bandage wrapped around your knee?
We just came from the hospital where my wife found out she has a torn ligament around her knee. The doctors wrapped her knee with gauze and and ace bandage, I'm telling her that she cannot sleep with an ace bandage on? Shes saying that the doctors did not " tell me to take it off while sleeping !!
BTW She's diabetic
why not...i have many times
but i'm not a diabetic(idkk how that makes a difference)

Dogs lick wounds for reasons other than it just itches, don't put anything on it. The dogs tongue releases enzymes that kill bacteria, and dogs are just wired (instinct) to lick their wounds. Dogs have been taking care of themselves for thousands of years, he'll be just fine.
