How to get in control in a relationship where a girl is the boss?

I'm with my gf for almost 8 months, we dont see each other very often though coze she lives far away, anyway the thing is she's really bossy, she has a strong character and she's really inteligent. due to that she has totally dominated out relationship, she even tries to push me around from time to time, i didnt ever have problems like that with gfs and i dont know what to do.i love her and i dont want to dump her but im pretty fed up with this situation. i cant just talk to her and say" i wanna be the boss now" so can anyone help me bbe the MAN in this rellationship?

You're right, you shouldn't be the boss and neither should she. But a man should be the leader as long as he is respectful and mature about his intentions...by leader, I don't mean ruler. A woman looks down on a man for being the weaker one and will not respect that, but on the other hand, admires a strong man who knows exactly what he wants and how to get it. At the same time, being strong includes knowing when to be romantic and sensitive, and truly interested in her as a person. You want to turn the tables in one fell swoop, so the next time a situation occurs where she is being bossy, put your foot down hard and show her a side of you she hasn't seen before.
