I'm 16 5'7.5 109lbs and want to start mma i'm 3rd degree black belt in tae kwon do I just don't know what I should start with
ok, chaser is an idiot and totally missed the point of your question. Find an MMA gym to start out. If you cant find any in your area, start looking for schools that train in grappling and kickboxing. TKD is a good start since you'll honestly know a lot more kicks than the average joe. One of my good friends went the TKD route before MMA and he was able to catch a lot of people off guard because of using kicks they werent used to, but you'll have to learn boxing since TKD doesnt focus so much on hands. Next of course, you'll have to learn to grapple, either BJJ, submission wrestling, etc, you're gonna have to learn to fight on the ground.
And dont worry about being small right now. it doesnt matter that much since you're 16. my friend that i mentioned was the same way all the way through highschool. now he's 6' and weighs around 220 lbs.
