She is like a Greek goddess.I am so jealous of her.Gos has blessed her with beauty and i am beginning to hold grudge against God!How can i get jet black hair like her, plus the make up.How can i achieve this look?I want to get respect from people whenever i go to the mall and not look like a 16 year old looser!Plus how can i be rude and appreciated at the same time? Please help me gain confidence and become beautiful?
Ok, first of all, before answering your actual question:
I know this answer is very long, but it has pretty much all details
Don't hold a grudge against God, because every girl has beauty within her. Have you seen Megan when she was a kid? She had a unibrow and looked like a total geek. You just need to find your beauty and highlight your best features.
Second: You don't need to be rude to get people's respect. Being mean will only get you enemies.
Instead, be nice and funny. That way, you'll get friends and support from those around you.
It might be difficult, but one day you'll get the confidence you want. Everybody has insecurities which will mostly die down as you get a couple of years older.
Now, the answer to your question:
HAIR:
I already posted an answer to your "Megan Fox Hair" question, but I'll sum it up again: Color your hair jet black.
If you have fine hair, you can try massaging fresh celery juice(from putting fresh celery into a fruit juicer) into your hair and scalp in the evening and washing it out in the morning with a shampoo that thickens your hair(like fructis volume restructure shampoo). It'll make your hair thicker and healthier.
To have them like the pic: Blow-dry them upside down and let them cool upside down. That way, you'll have volume.
Then separate your hair into 10 strands and make a messy bun out of each strand. Then warm up your hair by using the blow dryer on them for 1-2 minutes. Coat with a LITTLE hairspray and let them cool for 20-30 minutes.
Undo your buns and "shake" hair with your fingers until they look the same as the pic, but don't comb them. Finish with hairspray.
MAKEUP:
Use a well covering foundation(try benefit) and a little powder.
She has very strong and curved eyebrows, so let your eyebrows grow, then take a picture of her eyebrows to a beauty salon and let them wax it that way.
Try an apricot-brownish-pink blush, by mixing Covergirl's Cheekers Blush in Cinnamon Toast and Rose Silk and applying it to your cheekbones.
Afterwards, use a tiny bit of eyebrow gel(or hair wax, which is better in my opinion), then take a black/brown brow pencil and shape them the way she does(if your brows aren't as long as hers, just add a tiny tip to the end, even if there is no hair. That's what lots of girls do.)
For best results, take her pic and compare it to you while shaping them.
Take some black and dark silver eyeshadow and line your eyes with the black one first, then take a little bit of the silver one and smudge it.
She has long upper lashes, which can be easily achieved by curling them and coating them with a lengthening mascara twice(let dry inbetween coats), like Lancome's Virtuose(I tried it). Curl them again as soon a it's dry. Sometimes she also wears fake lashes.
Use a nude and plumping lipstick/gloss on your lips. I suggest Rimmel's VaVa Bloom lipgloss(it plumps them).
TEETH: use whitestrips.
BODY:
First of all, she's tan and has nice even skin. To achieve this, use a body scrub when you're in the shower to get rid of dull&dead skin. Then moisturise well and try to get a gradual self tanner, like Jergen's and use it everyday for at least 1 week. As soon as you've got the desired color, apply it every 2 days. It looks very natural and it won't harm your skin like the sun does(if you're in the sun a lot, your skin will age very quick and you'll get saggy&wrinkly skin all over). And, of course, shave your legs.
If you want her body shape, you'll have to work out.
To get her LEGS:
Exercise number 1:
A: Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart. Keep your arms at your sides with your elbows bent about 90 degrees(lower arms are parallel to the floor). Jump as you kick your left leg out o the side(not very much, just kick it out 15 inches to the side).
B: As you bring down your left leg, kick your right leg out to the side.
Alternate quickly for 15 seconds to complete one set. Do 3 sets.
Exercise number 2:
A: Lie on your back with your legs lifted 45 degrees off the floor, and lean on your lower arms(so that your lower arms are flat on the floor and your upper arms are perpendicular to the floor).
Then, pump Your legs like bike pedals for 30 seconds, AS FAST AS YOU CAN.
B: Then, cycle in the reverse direction for 30 secs.
Do A and B 2 times each.
Exercise number 3:
A: Sit down with your arms slightly behind you(lean on your hands) and your knees bent.
B: Lift your butt so your torso is parallel with the floor. Do 3 sets of 10 repetitions(meaning 30 total).
Exercise number 4:
A: Stand on your left leg with your right knee raised in front of you. Position your arms in an exxagerated running stance, with your right arm behind you anf left arm in front.
B: Slowly bend forward as you swing your right leg back and switch arm positions. Slowly return to A. Do 3 reps, then switch sides and do 3 more.
Exercise number 5:
A: Lie on your stomach with your arms out in front of you.
B: Lift your legs and torso off the floor and return to A.
Do 3 sets of 10 reps.
Exercise number 6:
A: Get in a "push-up-position" with your arms and legs straight
(NOT the ladies' push-up, where you knee on your knees, but instead the "men's push-up", where you are on your toes and your body forms a straight line).
B: Bend your arms(go down as low as you can), look to the right and lift your left leg.
Go back to A.
Do 3 sets of 4 reps on each leg.
To get her ARMS:
She has lean and toned arms, so to achieve this, use 2 pound dumbbells and do lots of repetitions(doing only a few reps with heavy dumbbells will make your muscles bulky).
Exercise number 1:
Stand with feet shoulder-width apart. Hold dumbbells in your hands and hold them both at chin/neck level.
Now punch your right hand to the left front(as if punching someone's chin). While pulling your arm back, bend your knees(so you "go down"), and then, while straightening your legs again, punch your right hand to the left front again (and while pulling arm back, bend knees again). Do this 15-20 times, then switch sides and do the same with your left arm.
Exericse number 2:
Position A:
Hold a dumbbell in each hand and put your hands behind your neck so your elbows point to the ceiling. Your elbows are shoulder-width apart and bent. The dumbbells almost touch your back.
Position B:
Then slowly extend your arms up to the ceiling(meaning the hand with the dumbbells go up towards the ceiling).
Bring them back down again slowly to Position A.
Do this 10 times to complete one set. Do three sets.
To train your biceps, do biceps curls(take the 2 pound dumbbells and do 20-30 reps per arm)
To train your deltoids(shoulder muscle), just hold dumbbells in your hands and lift your arms(with knuckles facing the ceiling) out to the side, so that both arms are parallel to the floor(do 20-30 reps).
To get her WAIST:
Exercise number 1:
A: Lie on your right side and bend your knees slightly. Your right arm is "stretched out" in front of your chest.
B: Then, reach toward your feet with your left arm, so your torso is lifted off the floor a bit(imagine like a side-crunch). Return to A.
Repeat 15 times on each side.
Exercise number 2:
Lie on your right side. Your legs and your right arm are fully extended, so your body forms a straight line. Put your left hand in front of your torso for support.
Then, lift your right arm, torso and legs up at the same time and hold for 20 seconds.
Exercise number 3:
A: Lie on your back with your knees bent(90 degree angle) and arms extended to your sides.
B: Now tilt your legs to the left very slowly, so that your left knee almost touches the ground(while doing this, press your back into the floor), then tilt your legs back to the middle(your knees stay bent). Now tilt them to the right.
Repeat 15 times.
To get her BUTT:
Exercise number 1:
Get into a squatting position(stand with feet more than shoulder-width apart and bend knees so that your thighs are almost parallel to the floor), with your hands behind your head, your knees aligned with your toes and your butt sticking back as far as you can.
Keep your abs tight and walk forward(still in the squatting position) while pushing off with each heel. Looks silly, but it helps(it's from celeb trainer David Kirsch). Do this for 1-5 minutes, depending how long you can.
Exercise number 2:
A: Stand, hands on your hips, in the middle of an "imaginary clock" on the ground.
B: Step toward 12 o'clock with your right foot. Lunge by bending your knees until they form right angles. Return to position A, lunge toward 1 o'clock, then 2 o'clock.
C: Do a side lunge toward 3 o'clock: Bend your right knee until your thigh is almost parallel to the ground, left leg straight.
D: Lunge back toward 4, 5, and 6 o'clock.
Now lunge around the left side of the clock with your left leg. Do three "clock" sets.
To get her CHEST:
She has a toned chest which can be achieved by following exercises:
Exercise number 1:
Lie on your back with your arms extended out to the sides of your body. Holding the 2 pound dumbbells in your hands, lift both arms off of the floor simultaneously(and slowly) and make the dumbbells touch slightly(keep your arms bent a little while doing it). Repeat 15-20 times.
Exercise number 2:
Hold your arms at a 90 degree angle in front of your chest(arms are parallel to the ground), and push the palms of your hands flat together as hard as you can and hold for 2-3 seconds. Repeat 50 times daily.
But, remember:
You are beautiful and unique the way you are.
You can do these exercises, but don't exaggerate it. Don't change your personality, because it is who you are. You're not a loser.
Anyhoo, I wish you all the best and good luck!
Aw, I already like your style– especially what your hair sounds like. Maybe it would help if your hair was super straight (if it isn't already). Wear a bow or something!
I'd say that you should wear more mascara than eyeliner (because that's what usually looks best on most girls).
If your face is pretty pale (after the foundation), what usually works is dying your hair blonde or black. Here is a video of a girl whose style you might like (blonde hair): http://www.youtube.com/user/heartcrushedfans01
