Boxing Bag Stand Is kickboxing and whey protein good for weight loss?
I have the boxing bag (free standing) sparring boots and boxing gloves along with a 3lb container of chocolate whey protein, all this combined with a healthy diet, is it effective for weight loss?

Yes most of the flowers are shots taken withing a week or two of the date posted. The exceptions would be the “I'm in the Garden Archives, those are earlier shots.
Most of those nukes were underground tests, most of which did not vent into the atmosphere… which is very good, since that many would have us all 'glowing' by now. But each site is now a radioactive hole in the ground that will be radioactive for thousands of years. We had better get our global act together or we will not survive our own nuclear/ecological stupidity.
