How do I turn off the announcement and bell sound when I receive new email? ?
I have a nuisance email sender who floods my email box with junk. I have listed him as spam and no longer get the emails, but I get a bell notice and notice of new email every time he sends something out. How can I block this notice?
You can turn off the sounds in Yahoo Messenger Preferences.
Messenger/ Preferences/ Alerts & Sounds/
Uncheck the box in front of "Enable alert sounds".
You can change it to get a pop up box or just to show you a msg on the bottom of the screen, or No notification at all.
Also you can change the sound wave to different sounds.

The sad part of all of this is that this is not worth eternity in hell fire and brimstone. They let the evil so called elite (wo)men of this sinful world throw a couple of mil at them and they do a Judas Isacriot of our LORD quick. We are in the last days and the true nature of people is slowly coming out.
