i've seemed to gain a little weight over the holidays and neglect my exercise routine, anyways would boxing be a good way to tone up?
I don't work well in a group, but better with individual attention.

I lift weights 5 days a week
Monday- upper body (bench, Incline tricep ext...)
Tuesday- Legs (Squats, Hang Cleans, Leg curls, one leg squats...)
Wednesday- Shoulders (Power cleans, and shoulder combos
Thursday- Upper body ( pad bench bar incline...)
Friday- Box or speed squats
With a min. of 200 core and abs everyday
I am an athlete and I'm very strong i would like to loose 20-30 pounds before the summer and i need to start now i was just wondering if anyone had any suggestions on a workout or a specific amount of running i could do to make this happen?
