I am 15 years old and I am starting boxing lessons tonight, apparently the head trainer there is very tough and pushes you to the limit.
What should I expect?
What sort of clothes do i wear?
nooo tonight since its your first night he'll probably just teach you the basic footwork like how to move and how to stand..and wear sweats and make sure your shoes fit or youll get some meannnnn blisters
