If I buy a punching bag for boxing, how do I hook it up to the ceiling?

Does the bag come with something that can hook up to the roof? And I want to get it online.

A lot of them do come with an attachment included, and it should be mentioned in the description of the item you're looking to buy. It will be a metal brace that screws to the ceiling and the bag is hung from that. There's also attachments that are screwed to the wall, and from there hang out from the wall at 90 degress.
If you don't see an attachment is included with the bag you buy online, I'm sure most sites you look through will have attachments/hooks sold seperately that can be used with any bag.

   Brian: Well you have to remember that all boxers train is their boxing. Their punching power is greater than an MMA fighter (generally speaking) because that's all they have to worry about. MMA fighters have to train their wrestling, boxing, jiu jitsu, muay tai to stay competetive. I'll pick an MMA fighter over a straight boxer any day in an MMA fight, but if they were just boxing then I'd go with the boxer without question. And Stalone in real life would get smashed by any one of these guys!

   Mike Tyson in his prime was one of the best Heavyweights ever, certainly in the top 10. However, in his prime (pre-1988), the fighter he struggled with the most was a fighter named James 'Quick' Tillis (hence it went all 10 rounds). Tillis had a fighting style very similar to a prime Ali, but Ali had far superior skill. This, in my mind would mean that Ali, with his dancing and jabbing would eventually wear Tyson down and in the later rounds would score a KO or TKO.

   Nobody can say flat out that a Prime Mike Tyson would knockout a Prime Ali. A really doubt that someone who beat the likes of Thomas, Tucker, Spinks, Berbick and Tubbs can just run over a person who beat the likes of Foreman, Liston Patterson, Frazier, Lyle, Shavers and Norton (who are all greats).
