Training in Boxing What next...?

Hey,
I'm really enjoy the sport of boxing i've yet to be in a professional or amateur fight but i've been working on it. i'm gotten myself in good shape using a jump rope and a daily workout routine at the fitness gym. My goal is to one day Be the Heavyweight champ of the World. I also have goals such as fight in the Olympic and medal gold silver brown but all in all enjoy the experience of being and Olympic athletic. I really enjoy the sport of boxing and i'm having prob;ems of what to do next. Also i've use boxing as a means of getting in shape for a few years since I was 19 and i'm now 21. So i have good coordination in the hands, good speed power, nice jab strong right. but anyways i obviously need more training in the defensive and coordinating and overall in the sport.
Also my height is 6'5 weight around 229 lbs mostly muscle in good shape w/ athetlic abilty (quickness agility etc etc)

Congratulations on all the hard work you've put in. It sounds like you are not at a gym, or at least if you are, they are not as ambitious about your career as you are. My recommendation is to find a gym that has some amateur champions or a few pros training at it, talk to the coach and tell him you want to get registered and have your first fight. They will find good sparring for you and prepare you. Of course, you have the goal in mind to go to the olympics and the pros, but take it one fight at a time. find yourself a good coach.

The thing about hardcore (and death metal and math rock and grindcore) is that the clichés have a lot of gravity, and they have a tendency to suck all musicians who venture near into a vortex of frantic sameness. Some bands resist the attraction of cliché better than others, of course, and some of them do so by not sticking too long with any one of those styles, breaking the pull by changing directions quickly and without warning. That's more or less Emmanuel.7's approach: the band takes its growly vocal cues from grind, its tempos from hardcore, some of its structural ideas from math rock, and others from plain old rock & roll. Their debut album was originally slated to appear on the Ides of March label, but business difficulties led to its appearance instead on the Thorp label. It shows Emmanuel.7 to be a relatively mature band for its age; song titles like "He Died at 47," "A/C Separation," and "Playing a Joke on the Jester" all indicate a rather unusual mindset for a band of this general persuasion, though the found-sound interludes (most of which sound like they're taken from 1950s corporate training films) imply a pretty facile sort of social commentary. The album's headlong roar settles down somewhat toward the end of the program, giving way to an almost meditative (comparatively speaking) mood. This is a fascinating if imperfect album from a young band that bears watching. ~ Rick Anderson, Rovi Performers: Andy Nelson - Drums; Darrell Tauro - Vocals; Evan Waletzko - Bass; Ian Kauffman - Guitar; Phil Nelson - Organ; Ryan Keefe - Guitar; Todd Reynolds - Vocals

How to Train for Boxing : Using a Medicine Ball in Boxing Training

What is the regular training routine for Heavyweight Boxers.?

I'm 14 and have boxed for 2 years. Some day I hope to go pro. I would just like to know what kind of training does a typical heavyweight boxer take, both while training a few weeks before a fight and just basic training. How much will I have to take to be a great pro fighter? I'm a good boxer at the moment but I'm willing to drastically increase my training to become a pro.

5AM morning run 3-6 miles. Noon work out hit the bag 5 rounds, speed bag 3 rounds, Double end bag 3, uppercut bag 2 rounds, Sparring 3-6 rounds and mittwork 2 rounds. The work out is Sit-ups and push-ups.
