Boxing Workout Speed I have taken up a boxing workout program, should I train on the speed bag in rounds like I do the heavy bag?
Well if you want to have a full workout you should save the speed bag as one of your last part of the bagwork. Ex: Four rounds of shadow boxing, four rounds on the heavy bag, four rounds on the double end bag, 3-4 rounds on the focus mitts (optional) 3-4 rounds on the speedbag.
