Can I use punching bag for kicking in Taekwondo?
I want to buy a punching bag to kick it, is it helpful?(Taekwondo)
If it is, then If i buy a punching bag, where can i hang it at home? I mean there is no hanger on the ceiling where i can hang it?
For taekwodo, your best of buying pads of your instuctor, and getting someone else at home to hold them.
there better for focus.
a punching back to kick, may make you stronger at your kicks, but nevertheless you need to cocentrate on focus,timing,distance,technique.
and get a huck to hang it up, loads are avliable in sport shops and argos and places.
