Century Body Opponent
For Taekwondo which of these 2 is better?
I can only purchase one of these two items to put in my home gym. Now which one of these is better to practice my taekwondo on? The century bob body opponent? (the one that looks like a human)....or the century wavemaster xxl? (The 6 ft tall one)
Because Taekwondo incorporates a lot of kicking, I think the wavemaster is better for you. The bob body has features for different martial arts that shows where to target. With the wavemaster, it can hold up to a lot of power. They're really tall so you can try and kick higher. Also with the jump kicks they're good to practice on. It works well with punching as well, but doing things such as upper cuts and elbow strikes are hard to manage on body bags. Even though Taekwondo focuses around kicking, it all depends on your fighting style. If you use lots of kicks get the wavemaster, if you punch a lot get the bob body opponent so you can pretend to spar bob and get strategic and more effective hits.

My "Century Bob Body Opponent Bag" Honest Review
Has anyone every used the Century Bob Body Opponent Bag (Punching Dummy)?
Any reviews on it? I once had one of those wavemasters freestanding punching bags. I filled it with water and my first punch lauched it across the yard. Is this the same with this one?
I like Bob. He can handle a punch and helps develop accuracy because he is anatomically correct. Meaning you can see the nose, ribs, plexus, chin, ect..
But don't "wrestle" with him. It's not fair... he's got no arms and all. ;p
Fill the base with sand instead of h2o. He may "walk" a little, but should stay standing.
