What are the belt granting organizations of Jujitsu Brazillian and traditional?
Are Brazilian Jujitsu organizations under one belt ranking system?
Does Judo have a Jujitsu ranking system?
Can someone who practices MMA and knows alot of submission grappling come to a Jujitsu school and be tested for an appropriate rank? I don't even even know for example if Randy Couture has any training in Jujitsu but if he went to a brazilian jujitsu school would he automatically be promoted to black belt?

In Brazillian Jiu Jitsu usually there are two schools the Gracie System and the Machado System. Gracie being the original system in Brazil and the Machado system being Gracies cousins.
Even if a MMA fighter went to one of these schools he wouldnt be a black belt. It usually takes 7 years in a system to reach that degree. Unlike Judo you cant go to competition and reach your way to black belt.
MMA fighter usually have a coach who teaches them in jiu jitsu so they might award them a rank. Also Brazillian schools dont recognize Japanese belts so if a Japanese black belt went to Brazil he would be a white belt.
I am a black belt in Shekingun Jiu Jitsu which is a Japanese system.

Is Greco-Roman wrestling the best takedown art?
Randy Couture a Greco-Roman wrestler manhandled Gonzaga who was a black belt in BJJ. Couture slammed Gonzaga at least 3 or 4 times. One slam was so hard he broke Gonzaga's nose. Gonzaga was pinned against the cage 85% of the fight.
Don't give me that crap that Couture trains in BJJ, because he does NOT! Coutures grappling moves in that fight were pure Greco-Roman techniques.
So is Greco-Roman wrestling the best takedown martial art?
actually folkstyle or freestyle would be better to learn takedowns than greco-roman.
in greco roman you can't attack the legs.
Hip tosses and throws are more something you would learn from greco roman.
although most people with freestyle or folkstyle (the kind you typically see practiced in high school) background are generally better shooters (takedown) than bjj, sambo or whatnot FOR THAT TYPE OF TAKEDOWN.
however- to use a "plain" takedown in mma such as a single leg, changeover or firemans that you would find a free or folkstyle wrestler typically better at than thier bjj counterpart, there are modifications that need to be made.
most noteably:
1- how to protect your head so you don't take more hits than necessary, if any (which still is probably not going to stop the takedown).
2- how to free your head from a headlock- which is going to be the opponent's natural reaction to grab on the way down, but a headlock without an arm included is not permitted under folk or freestyle rules.
