Couture Grappling
If you had to pick oustanding stand up and good grappling or outstanding grappling and good stand up which?
Is it better to be dominant striker like Anderson Silva, Gomi, Liddell etc and still proficient on the ground
Or be dominant on the ground wrestling like Couture, Nogueira, Barnett?
If you had to pick a strenght in MMA do you go stand up or ground. Assuming an overall fighter but the strength in one or the other
I would choose stand up.
Not every fight will end up on the ground but all the fights have atleast a little bit of stand up.
Plus, it's more entertaining.
