Double-end Bag in Boxing Training
whats the best way to set up a double end bag in a shed?
is there a web site that can help? give me ideas and stuff

Well does your shed have board beams going across the ceiling that are exposed? If so you can use one of those to set your top cord on. Next what you can do is use a cement block with a hook ring in the top middle of it that way you can put your bottom cord onto it and then you will be done.
If your shed doesn't have a beam in expose you can always drill a hole in the roof and place a hook through it and use washers to bolt it into place. Or if your able to place your own beam across your shed on the top and use it. For the bottom if you don't have a cement block or can't get one try using some weights to hold it down. Maybe a 35 pound weight or 25 for that matter should work just fine.
There are tons of ways of doing it bro you just have to be creative and use your imagination to how you would do it and what you would use.
Just make sure you can have something for the top and bottom hooks to hook onto if not create something that will work. Go to your nearest hardware store and you should be able to buy a cement block with a hole ring cemented right into the middle of it.
Like I said if you don't have any beams shooting across your shed also try getting a bolt on plate with a hook in the middle of it so you can bold it to your ceiling than place your cords on it.
Hope this helps you and use the double end bag every time you work out. It will help you allot with the timing of your punches countering throwing straight accurate punches basically a double end bag can be close enough to a sparring partner.
Make sure you can rotate around your double end bag when you are done standing in one place and hitting it wont get you anywhere although you should start it off like that as soon as you become efficient with it start side stepping and make it a fight with the heavy bag like sparring.
