Do you have your own training equiptment?
mma gloves, boxing gloves, heavy bag, speed bag, double ended striking bag, shin pads, focus mitts, thai pads, chest protector, helmet, shields, weapons, shoes, mats, bob, anything!!!
If so please specify what you have, and what made you decide to get it.
Also do you get off brand or name brand products. Which brand (if any) do you think is better?
I practically have my own little gym away from the gym: 100lb heavy bag, thai pads, focus mitts, double ended striking bag, and i am about to get a speed bag and chest protector. All my stuff its pretty much everlast or century but then again thats just about all they sell at Academy anyways.
I love practicing even at home but they only problem is finding someone to train with. So most of my time is just on the heavy bag. Or watching my form in the mirror.

Double ended heavy bag round 2
Which double end bag is best for me?
I was looking to get a double end bag from everlast. Right now, I have a 50lb,80lb and 100lb heavy bag, Body Opponent Bag, a free standing reflex bag, and a xsmall speed bag. I wanted to add another relfex bag to my mix, but I don't know which size to get. The sizes are 6", 7", and 9". I'm pretty good at the xsmall speed bag, and the reflex bag I have is great for core, and eye hand coordination, bobbin and weaving, and accuracy, but not for speed. Its rebounds are too slow,. So I wanted to add a double end bag, for faster reaction, but am not sure what size would be best for me, or which bag.. Anyone have any suggestions? Here is a website to the ones I'm looking at

The double end bag that you are thinking about getting looks good. Just make sure it comes with 2 RUBBER cables for super fast rebounds and as far as size goes, it depends on your experience with the bag. IF ur a begginer then u should get the bigger size to make it easier to hit, but if ur more advanced then get the smaller size to make it more difficult to hit cause smaller targets are always hard to hit.
