Elastic Cotton Hand
All kinds of Socks (Cotton, Nylon, Wool, etc.) should be only hand-washed (no Machine wash). Is it correct?
I came to know about this recently from a reputed Socks Manufacturer who has 20 years experience. He says Machine wash reduces the life of elastic of the Socks.
I personally have machine washed all of the above. wool shrink when machine dried, all synthetic fabrics machine dry on low heat, cotton machine dry on high heat, all others machine dry on medium, unless tag says HAND WASH ONLY

DG2 Stretch Knit Leggings
Handwrap question..?
I have these stretchy elastic cotton handwraps, not the crappy everlast cotton ones that dont even wrap your whole hand. But the thing is the everlast ones have the velcro to secure the wrist. I was wondering how you do this with the stretchty mexican handwraps? I just use tape, but im sure theres another way to keep it in place?
I dont know if you can reply again elmer..but wouldnt the wrist still unravel even if i was wearing 2 wraps?
Use 2 cotton handwraps per hand. They're cheap and effective.
***ADDITIONAL***
I don't have any trouble with unraveling when I wrap it well. If you do already have those wraps, try adjusting the way you wrap it until you get something that works. Keep in mind that I don't use a glove over the wraps, and that might make a difference, plus I hit with my knuckles opposed to my entire fist. So it could be several things that are making the difference.

I pretty sure that glazed cotton is for Hand Quilting…which would account for it being thicker. Love the look of your Halloween quilt and the baby quilt as well. Can't wait to see when they are quilted.
For the House Quilt Bee…will we be making 9 blocks the same theme?
