Ended Heavy Bag
Which heavy bag suits me?
Whats up. I'm a beginner getting into boxing and need some help in choosing a heavy bag.
I am 5'7, 160 pounds, athletic build.
Should I be looking at 50-pounds, 75, 80, or 100?
Also I'm tight on cash so I've been looking at the lower-end heavy bags from everlast, tko, etc.
Any boxing experts or enthusiasts care to enlighten me on what bag to go with and any recommendations? Easy points for u, thanks.
One again, go to Proboxingequipment.com and get their 22 oz. vinyl/nylon 80 or 100 lb. heavybag. They are made very well, so much so, they are used in all the pro gyms in California. Freddy Roach has them for Manny in his gym. Very well made. Will be better than Everlast and fairly inexpensive too. A long lasting value.
