what is the difference between all these different products?

does the complete multivitamin include everything u need for focus, defense, energy, and recovery???
or do you need to take all separate ones?
I wouldn't buy into those. You really won't feel like you have much more focus or other great things they offer. If you really need to, just take a normal multivitamin even though you should be getting your vitamins from a healthy diet.

Help with forming my mouthpiece? (Boxing)?
Alright so my trainer recently told me to buy a mouthpiece because he wants to spar! However he only wants to do this once a week so we can still work on other things. So that being said I just went out and bought a cheap mouth piece. Its an Everlast Double Mouth Guard! I will a link to it. Anyway I don't know if he form it wrong or I just didnt bite down hard enough because its horrible. I constantly found myself trying not to lose it. It doesn't fit snug its all loose. I wasn't under the impression that it would take quite a bit of force to get them out. And it doesn't even look like I formed it. It looks like I just bought it stuck it in my mouth and bit down. So my question is can I still try and form it again? Its hard trying to focus on blocking and hitting when your mouthpiece is hanging out!

Dear mouth piece problem guy; Go to your local dentist and have him make you a customize mouth piece. custom mouth guards fit 100% better because they are fabricated using impressions from your mouth. Ask your local dentist what is best for you. good luck and I hope you win fights.

Yeah there safe try them they'll help. Especially cause your probably weak and dont know how to fight help yourself out!!
