Boxing freestanding Bag????
i was thinking about getting a everlast johnny sockitomee freestanding bag. does anybody have one and what are the pros and cons of this bag???
I personally hate it, to me, there really aren't many pro's except that it can be conveniently moved around but there are so many con's such as, at times when i feel like pounding the crap out of something, it tends too move positions, you pretty much gotta hit it hard enough just to get a decent workout but if you hit it too hard, than it tends too move around and occasionally fall too.
