Is it durable. I'm 155lbs and 5'8". Will I be flinging it around the room or not. Can it stay in one place?

EverLast Reflex Bag Review

I want to get a new punching bag trying to decide between free standing or hanging?

I want to get a new punching bag for frustration and aggression release only..thats the reason..the house is not ours and hanging one is a mess to arrange..the everlast free standing looks appealing enough and will possibly be easy to set up..however i heard the hanging one is just better for all around work out etc now even though i only want it for frustration which i suffer from alot and disturbs my life i want to make sure i am making a reasonable choice?i am thinking about the freestanding one for now..what do think?

Get a hanging bag if you can! They are so much better than those crappy standing bags. Standing bags are easy to knock over and they don't swing the same way as a hanging bag. Good luck!
