Excercise Boxing Gloves
So what do women think of guys in fight clubs?
My friend and I have recently gotten ahold of some boxing gloves and mouth gaurds. We have begun boxing together and are currently attempting to organize our own fight club. We are trying to recruit fighters, starting with our close friends. We will have everyone begin training, and then setup weight classes. Then eventually, though it is illegal, place bets on our fights and invite spectators to do so as well. We'll take safety precausions, gloves, mouth gaurds, etc. and will have a first aid kit on hand. Besides, we're doing it for the excercise, kind of.
hey, I would fight if there were a fight club for girls. but most chicks are wimps. I think girls fighting is hot. (I'm a girl by the way) keep up the good work!

Always use hand wraps and gloves when working with the heavy bag. Make sure you wrap your hands correctly. Correctly wrapped hands will "fuse" your hands and wrists together as one unit ,it will prevent damage to your knuckles and wrists. Always make sure your thumb is tucked underneath the first two fingers of your hand when throwing your punches. Santana is right, in that when you throw your punches with correct mechanics your hands will be taking on an enormous amount of force. so it's important to protect your hands. One other point, when I wrap my hands I also use athletic/trainers tape along with my hand wraps. It provides extra protection.
