Fitness Ball

is it better to do situps on a weight bench or on a fitness ball?
besides is it good to do situps on a fitness ball anyway, i mean do you really get good results?
Some say you get better results doing them on a fitness ball. The reason is because you have to engage your core muscles (abs and torso) in order to balance and stay where you want to be on the ball. You also have to use your legs (mainly quads) to keep yourself stable so you don't roll from side to side or front and back.
So, the ball may be better than floor or bench.
The main thing to focus on is just having good ... having perfect form. Whether it's on a bench, ball, or floor. Really focus on your abs. Don't pull on your head or neck. And do them really slow and controlled.

I have a skinny frame, but belly fat that i dread!! What are some good exercises I can do on a fitness ball for my abs!!?! (especially lower abs)
For some reason I feel like I know you. Do you live in Sudbury? Haha, probably not.

It would it you did it long enough (AT LEAST 20 minute segments), consistent enough (several days a week), and eat a healthy balanced diet.

OK, so… you're not overweight, you have a good bmi, you have a good body fat percentage, and you want to ask us if your workout routine is ok?
Obviously it is or you would be overweight.
