Im currently doing thai boxing and MMA in Rochedale south but its just boring now. All we do is padwork, drills and sparring maybe once a month. Im looking for the same kind of gym that does the body conditioning and all the fitness training needed, including regular sparring. ANyone know of or go to a gym in Brisbane that satisfies you?
