is this a good fitness plan? please check it out?

hey, winter break is comin up very shortly for me and i wanted to get back on track with being healthy. ive made a plan to help me out i need your guys' help. let me know if this is a sound plan to under go.

i am 5' 9", 216 pounds, male, 20 years old, my bmi is above 30

running on a treadmill at moderate pace for 1 hour

breakfast-green tea with 2 teaspoons of sugar and a cup of steel cut oats

lunch-salad with half a can of tuna or half a cup of grilled chicken

dinner-salad

with lots of water in between and skim milk 3 times a day.

is this a good plan and how much weight do you think i could lose through this? it will last until january 18th or so

Superb, Just add a protein shake after your workouts so you won't injure yourself as easy

You will loos about maybe 20 pounds from now to jan 18th..would be more but you will be adding muscle

where can i find a circular steel bracket for a chin up bar??

Your best bet is to try a home center or hardware store. They will sell steel circular brackets for closets. As long as it fits the bar and is rated to hold your weight, just make sure to use long screws to make sure it get all the way to the stud.
