Hand Glove Wraps
Im not sure about the Gloves and Hand Wraps I just bought....?
Ok so i got Everlast Pro Style Training Gloves 12. oz
and 180 inch elite hand wraps, also everlast.
ok so the hand wraps are way to thick, its a struggle just to get my hands in the gloves with them on.
and then my fists dont go all the way through the gloves
i feel like i have to struggle and squeeze the gloves
then when i take off the hand wraps and gloves, they feel super sore.
should i buy another pair of gloves? if so what is reccomended?
Should I get 14 oz?
Im 5'1

For your size and weight, those wraps are way too long. Get 108" wraps. Wraps are wraps but you definitely need better gloves. Get 14 oz and stick to them until you reach about 130 lbs. Then upgrade to 16 oz for training.

How to Hand Wrap Your Hands
i'm pretty new to boxing and have a question about hand wraps...?
is it correct to handwraps, then ur boxing gloves?? what is the proper use for handwraps?

You need handwraps. Handwraps help to protect your knuckles and skin around your hand. The padding in the glove itself is not enough protection. Also the wraps provide extra support to the wrists and to the thumbs.
