I live in London. I wear semi-baggy pants, large-ish T's and mostly some kind of head gear. I've learned that here its common for the "urban youth" to rock the same.
Now, whilst that is cool, I get a lot of looks for it. Like I'm trying to be "ghetto" or some crap. Many of them style themselves off of MTV, I style myself off of where I was brought up which is Southern Cali. Its natural for me, but it affects my day to day life. In some big a**ways......It has escalated to kids tryin to start fights with me an that. When I open my mouth its like "hey eminem!". I mean how can I help my accent...?!
What in the hell do you do in this situation? Clearly walking off isnt always good enough.............
