What is the maximum a cheap barbell can hold before it bends or snaps?
This is the barbell I'm buying:

It's called US Weight 100 lbs. Traditional Weight Set. It includes (2) 20 lb. weights, (4) 10 lb. weights, (2) 8 lb weights, (2) locking spring clips, (1) 4 lb. two piece straight bar, and user guide, Heavy-duty bar with textured grips for added control, floor-friendly, rust-proof vinyl weights
I'm wondering if this is good for a starter set because its 57 dollars.What do you think the maximum weight limit is for this particular barbell? I don't want this to bend so how much do you think this bar can handle before it breaks?
Due to health risks and things like that, I'm sure it will either state the maximum weight it can handle on the box or in the instruction booklet.

They tend to be bigger the same reasons sprinters legs are bigger than cross country runners. Different sports have different types of bodies that are better suited than some. Such as strong men contests versus bodybuilding, Strong men contestants use the wieght to be stronger where bodybuilders look like they are stronger but usually are not as strong as they look. Softball players need to be stronger for batting, and throwing. So the need if you can hit well is not as great as being able to run as fast. where as volleyball you have to be a lot quicker and generally taller and slimmer to be able to jump higher. It's easier to jump higher if your legs are designed a certain way and if you're lighter.
