Why are all the high school athlete all stars attractive white kids with high grades and plans for college?
It seems like 95% of all athletic all star type kids with high grades are white and get noticed but inner city kids with failing grades don't even get a chance. Can't there be rules that require whites to have passing grades or better but allow Blacks to participate in sports even if they are failing?

It's because highly-effective people excel in most areas in life. The best among us are not only smart in school, but star athletes and generally kids with dreams.
...yea, I was NOT one of those kids in high school, hah!

High School Graduates & 12th Grade Seniors Only! Can I Wear A Suit To My Winter Ball?
is it okay to wear a suit to a winter ball? im a sophomore and ive never gone to formal dances before. we have dress codes. i would wear a tux if i had the money to buy one! but i think im going to have to go with a regular black suit with a tie, is that okay? do other people do that as well? and will anybody notice or care?
first off, why ask in this forum?? ask your school administrators. secondly, you do not have to buy a tux. you can rent a nice tux for under 6o dollars. my daughter was married in july of 07 and we, all ten of us, rented for 55 dollars.
you can never go wrong in a good suit and tie. ask your date what she prefers you wear. you do have a date, don't you?? some girls would rather have their dates in a suit and tie. what are you doing before or after the dance? sometimes this will dictate what you wear.
again, ask your school administrators. with fashion dictates now adays, you would probably be accepted with your pants down around your crack, know what i mean???
