What is the design process of VINYL SIGN BOARDS? Basically I am a Web Designer.?
I have a great interest to know how these Vinyl Sign Boards are done on a huge screens. What softwares and techniques required for these. What is the file resolution and canvas size etc.
All things are designed in programs like QuarkXpress and Adobe's InDesign. The resolution is quite large, since they are print projects and not web, resolution is at 300dpi or greater. Web resolution is generally 72-100 dpi, which is optimal for minimal printing, but not professional crisp printing jobs like the vinyl signs you are talking about. The files on them also tend to be rather huge, about 30MB for a basic sign.

Huge College Vinyl Update Part 1
How to remove vinyl decals from a vehicle?
I have a trailer with 20 year old vinyl decals. They are huge.
And, I want them gone.
I don't care about wrecking the paint cuz, it's getting re-painted anyway.
I know this won't be an easy job, but, does anyone have any idea for the best way to tackle this job.
I'm frustrated and pissed.
Any help will be appreciated.
I'm a girl with lots of tools.
You can start off using a single edge razor blade and heat gun. Just get a start at one of the edges and soften the decal up using the heat gun.Use the razor blade to get the corner started and then slowly pull on the decal and use the heat gun to keep it soft by moving the gun back and forth. It may take a while but that is the best way I know of.Hope this helps and good luck.

Yes, and yes. Try flagging down a truck that has a magnet sign on it, as opposed to one that has a huge vinyl logo on it. You can almost always find one in new-build developments, if there’s one close by. Otherwise, just call, it’s usually only like, 30 bucks or so.
