Karate Strike List/ Retraining?
Ok let me reask my previous question. I took American Freestyle Karate and my master was/is a 5 time world champ. I am currently in school on a Federal Base and have no way of attending a school for Martial Arts ( For the comment "get a job". I just want 15-20 basic strikes to work on, I know the backfist etc, and want to learn some here to give me something to do, thanks in advance.

Freestyle karate sparring 2nd blackbelt grading
will muay thai help me for kyokushin karate mixed with goju ryu as in stong kick, cardio, punches wise?
Im doing muay thai and im thinking of doin it for another couple of years(im 16, 17 this month) also doin Zen kyo shin taijutsu ( not bujinkan ) and freestyle jujitsu with an Emphasise on small circle jujitsu.im wanting to do karate and mix it with my freestyle jujitsu and use stop taijutsu and muay thai once ive graded to shodan ( dont grade in muay thai). thanks alot guys.
Duuh... Of course it will. Muay Thai, as you well know, is excellent for cardio and kicks - I never thought the boxing style for the hands was the best, but it is certainly at least rhythmic and helps you continue to mix hand and foot attacks in good combinations, and is ALWAYS a good cardio workout. My answer is, "Of course it will."
