One Kickboxing Sanshou

tips for fighting a muay thai fighter?
I have fought in Sanshou, kyokushin, sport Karate, and bjj, ......but I have only fought a Muay thai fighter once.......and even though he was pretty good, I think he was mediocre. So, heres teh deal. Im no longer a fighter, but a trainer,.......and one of my guys has a fight coming up against a respected muay thai fighter in the area.
My guys train in Sanda kickboxing, Wing chun, and xing Yi quan as their un-armed styles.
U guys have any advice for me?
NOTE*- I respect ALL styles and all opinions
thank you for your time
I think your best bet is to use the wing chun
The fighter has to be only in punch range. If he is to far away he will get kicked, if he is too close he will get clinched. If you use the quick punches of wing chun along with some good foot work you should be good.
