San Shou/Sanda vs MMA? Who's more likely to win?
So, I just recently discovered the hand-to-hand combat sport of San Shou/Sanda Kung Fu and watched some videos of the fights and also the training conditioning of it and I noticed it looked ALOT like MMA but i still saw the chinese martial arts aspect of it so I was wondering...MMA or Sanda? Which one would you rather do, have you done, and which do you think is tougher?
The fighter that is more talented, more likely MMA.
Cung Le has effectively transitioned from San Shou to MMA, in his last fight he got KO'd by Scott Smith after dominating him for 2 rounds.
