possible to get good at muay thai with eating unhealthy?

if i take muay thai and eat unhealthy, but is not overweight, im average weight, like i dont gain easy, will this hurt me and make me crappier at it? if i eat chips sometimes and like sunflower seeds and ice cream lol

That depends on how much bad foods you eat. Do your eat good foods too? I found some foods tend to make a person a little more sluggish especially when eaten right before training. I would play with it a bit. Eat them before training for a while, don't eat them at all and see how it affects you. My diet changed gradually by itself when I started training just because some foods just did not make me feel real well during a hard work out.

worried about my freind?

I Think my freind is becoming anorexic. He started telling me about this new diet. He said he has a coffee with a multi vitamin and for lunch coffee with a apple. but he said his dinner was watever was prepared by his mum. he does muay thai and is trying to lose weight for a tournament so he can compete in a lighter section. should I be worried? his coffee dosnt have sugar or cream etc
the coffee and multivitamin is his breakfast

If he's eating a real dinner, then I don't think you really have any reason to be concerned. It seems as though he has a pretty good reason to want to drop some weight quickly. Definitely not an eating disorder.
