Question about MMA.?

Ok i will be starting MMA next week and i have decided to get a heavy bag so that i can still get a little practice on the days i dont have practice. I will be fighting MMA with a combination of Muaythai kickboxing and Jiu-Jitsu. I am a wrestler and have been doing that for 3 years now. Im 15 years old and i weigh 150 lb's. What weight heavy bag should i get a 100lb bag or a 80 lb bag. does my gear look good? Or do you have any other suggestions
yeah i know i need wraps i was just putting up the major gear i was getting.
Their 16 ounces. I will only be sparring with the guys at practice i wont be doing tourneys for a while till i get good at it.

You're probably not going to be (or shouldn't even since you're under 18) participating in matches similar to the UFC. Instead, you'd be participating in grappling and sparring matches if and when you choose to. Go for the protection first- mouth guard and cup along with the gloves and shin guards you bought. Those are 14 oz. gloves however, and I would ask your instructor if you should get a 16 oz. instead or not (make sure you get good hand wraps and know how to wrap them). Your shin guards look good but make sure you get so head gear and ab pads later on as you become more advanced. You probably won't need a GI, depending on how your instructors practice. MMA instructors almost always prefer you wear mma gear instead of traditional. The 100 pound bag sounds better and later on you could also get a stronger chain & hook system when you become advanced (eg: standing guard & scarecrow challenge).

the site is pretty underdeveloped so i cant really tell, no info on the fighters or anything, the info on training is super vague....idk
only thing you can do is just go check it out for yourself. call and ask if they offer a free trial class and check it out.
