Pairs Punching Boxing How can u develop hand speed in boxing?
usually i just hold pair of 4lbs weights in each hand and shadow box. 30 sec punching to the body, then 30 sec head shots. I also do alot of shoulder work.
flexibilty and relaxation in the muscle helps alot.. a snap behind the punch gives it a whip lash effect. shadow box underwater. just like ali... float like a buttterfly sting like a bee! thats all there is to it.

I go Thur the same thing, my dad and my brothers hit me.
You need therapy like me, but i cant go and i doubt you'll be able to. Do you have another family member besides the ones you motioned already? i mean, like a another nice aunt, a grandma, grandpa, uncle? There's not much you can do because you cant move. i'd hate to suggest this, but running away is always an option. I have thought about it many times. i think you just need to move in with another family member, my dads the same way. he act like he own-es us, and my mom always have to agree with him. i hate him, oh and you could tell a teacher or guidance c. or social services.
