is one hour enough time per day to practice a martial art?

im gonna check this american top team out and i want to do bjj twice a week. muaythai twice a week and boxing once a week however the schedule for each ma is only 1hr. i dont know the exact pricing yet but i have an idea. would i have to go to 2 classes per day or will once a day suffice heres the link http://www.attdavie.com/ (i have enough time right now to take about 2 or 3 hours of a martial art)

American Top Team is one of the best gyms in the United States and they produce many of the top fighters in the world.

I would honestly say that you will only want to take 3 classes per week. Most gyms train very hard in cardio on every practice and it takes a toll on your body and muscles. A day of rest in between each day of working out will allow your muscles to regenerate.

Depending on your fitness level, I would do boxing for 2 of the 3 days and BJJ for the 3rd. The boxing classes will get your cardio up to the level it needs to be while the BJJ classes get you the knowledge on the ground. 1 hour for each class is plenty to start with and when you feel OK after your classes then I would add more classes until you are tired and sore again.

If you are joining a quality gym like ATT, then you should let them dictate your schedule. That is why you are paying them and they would know what best to do for you with your goals in mind.

Hello, My favourite feature on Pioneer CDJ-400, and actually other Pioneer CD players, is MIDI support which makes it really powerful tool. I can use players e.g. with Traktor DJ software, Ableton Live or any software or hardware supporting MIDI.

I was waiting for it to hit 1400 also, but I started buying at 798, so each time it went from 900, waiting for 1000, then 1100, then 1200, then 1300, now 1400, just keeps climbing fast. I'm defiantly done buying gold, been buying more silver then anything when gold hit a 1000. I started buying 1g of gold after an ounce was too much, started buying 1g bars, now on a silver high more then ever. Two of those shiny eagles I like better then a 1g gold bar I can barely see, lol, :)
