can i excercise on the HCG diet?
so ive been through about 3 cycles so far on Dr. Simmions HCG protocol and ive lost about 70 lbs. Im extremely happy with my results except for one thing. Id like to start excercising. i know that the protocol says you shouldnt but i would like to know if anyone has tried it and what their results where?
Now don't take this as licensed counsel. But I take the Homeopathic HCG diet and I DO exercise. Now I don't do strenuous exercising but I have found it helps me lose more weight.
I'd say if you do try exercising be smart about it. If you feel like it's hurting you then don't do it.

Barking in Ring?
A friends dog was in an obedience competition and everyone thought she was going to be placed but when the placings were anounced, her dog wasn't called out. After the results were announced, she asked the judge about her scores and the judge said that she had to heavily penalise her because her dog barked (just once) at the start of a heelwork excercise. Is this the usual protocol? I thought this was a bit harsh
I could see knocking off a single point for barking -- don't know if that single point was enough to pull your friend out of the placements, it depends on how close together the scores for the competitors were.
I don't think a single bark would require a "heavy" penalty, but some obedience judges are jerks. They power-trip just like any judge anywhere else.
If a dog persistently barks through the exercises, they can be disqualified -- even if they are complying perfectly with the commands. Disruptive behavior of any kind is not tolerated.
