Punch Bag Long
i have hurt my wrist from punching the punch bag and the pain happens only in my right hand everytime ipunch?
i keep bein told to rest it, but i am 16 and want 2 become a professional boxer. how long should i rest my wrist for ? because every time i punch the punch bag with my right hand my hand hurts and i wear wrist wraps how long should i rest it ?

You need to see a doctor. You may have a small "hairline" fracture or it may just be a strain. Either way, you need to find out for sure. If you don't have it treated you could cause permanent damage and your dream of becoming a professional boxer will remain only a dream. Do something about it now before you cause further injury.

Republicans are down b/c they no longer have control of the country while the Democrats are in office. Who knows what will happen in a few years. Obama can be a punching bag; that’s ok. He’s been one for the past year or so anyway. Republicans seem to love to hate. Especially on someone different.
