Punch Bag Target exercises i can do with a heavy bag?
so the typical "3, 3 minute rounds" on a punching bag is getting kinda old, and although ill still do it, im curious as to what other drills tehre might be?
does anyone know any? maybe drills to increase punch speed, strength, agility, foot movement practice, target / dexteritcy ect ect. if u guys know anything for any of those, or something else, please let me know!!

instead of having 3 3 min rounds do varyed like hav 1 1 min round then rest then do hard punches for 1 min than rest then do speed punches for 1 min than rest then finallyu have a 3 3 min round puting all the things u hav practicesd toghether trust me it works i do it
