Is Mitt Romney Really attacking People?
I think Mitt Romney is just doing his job without trying to attack anyone personally. But does it seem like everyone else is attacking Mitt Romney mainly for personal reasons? Seems to me he is allwase on the defence when he attacks. But look at how they go behind his back and throw punches at his personal life. I will just have to vote for him now!
If you call acknowledging an opponents positive attributes and then contrasting their record an attack, then yes. If not then no.
But apparently Huckabee and McCain dont like people pointing out their record. So instead of trying to explain where Mitt got it wrong (Which they cant), they are attacking Mitt personally.
Apparently, to Huckabee, criticizing his record makes Romney and evil man. but calling Romney a lie, attacking his religion, trying to scam the media into attacking Romney for him, makes Huckabee a good person. Very odd perception.
For McCain, he seems to think that because he is a war hero, he should not be questioned. Romney has been pretty clear in his ads that he respects McCains war record. But simply being a war hero doesnt excuse you from stupid policy choices. McCain seems to think it should.

Jab and right hand on punch mitts
a good boxing workout routine?
I'm looking to compete next year and I really would like to start some type of conditioning program. The closest gym to me is an hour away and I'm running a little low on money, so that's not an option.
Currently, I have access to a weight room, a heavy bag, punch mitts, and several friends who would like to help me train.
Also, please do not say that weight training will not help.. I've heard back and forth that it does or doesn't work and I would prefer if someone could explain a lifting program that actually works.
A proper boxer doesn't incorporate weights or weight-based routines, but rather natural exercises such as pushups and situps (and even then, the only floor work absolutely mandatory is situps). A properly trained boxer will also spar as much as possible, as sparring prepares you like nothing else can. One of the most important things that are neglected by many is shadowboxing. Shadowboxing is how big, heavyweight guys like Floyd Patterson and Mike Tyson got their hands and combinations thrown quick as hell. Without the resistance of a bag or the impact of hitting an opponent to stop your punches and combination flurries, it's shadowboxing with your combinations that puts you on the road to being as fast as you can be. How many boxers or fighters do you know who approach shadowboxing as a serious workout? None who want to be taken seriously.
Here's my personal schedule I made (and have remodeled several times) for myself based off of the routines of other professionals, as well as talking on the phone with Kevin Rooney from time to time. My advice is to take it and switch things around, lower or increase repetitions to your preference and mess around with it in order to make it work for you.
Monday-Friday
Morning (6:00 AM):
Stretch - 5 minutes
Jog 3-5 miles.
Eat breakfast.
Go back to bed.
Noon (12:00 PM):
Stretch - 5 minutes
Shadowboxing - 10 minutes
Sparring - 10 rounds
Slip Bag - 10 minutes
Speed Bag 10 minutes
Afternoon (6:00 PM):
Stretch - 5 minutes
Punch mitts and Body Protector - 10 minutes
Heavy Bag - 10 minutes
Floor work (in circuits of 5):
- 100 Sit-ups (20)
- 100 Crunches (20)
- 100 Oblique sit-ups (20)
- 100 Push-ups (20)
- 100 Dips (20)
Neck Work - 10 minutes
Jump Rope - 10 minutes
Medicine Ball to Stomach and Ribs - 5 minutes
Night: (9:00 PM):
Stretch - 5 minutes
Bike Ride - 30 minutes
