Punch Pads Kickboxing How can I learn the different hand pad positions/angles for kickboxing / boxing practice?
Question about kickboxing boxing and hand pad positions?
Is there a website (how can I find out) the different positions I would need to hold the hand pads for the different kicks and punches so that I can practice w/ my husband at home w/o paying for expensive boxing classes?
You know you have to hold the pads at different angles and in different stances for specific kicks / punches
just hold them at diffrent levels,flat,turned in,out,like you are "catching" the kick,punch etc.walk backwards and make him chase them slowly too.he can turn them to proper position to get the aprox place,then just remember what works best for what later

Gloves to protect hands in a fight?
I have a good friend who has a nasty habit of punching walls when she gets really angry. She recently broke her hand again so I wanted to get her boxing gloves for Christmas as a joke-but-not...
I found some training gloves (for boxing, kickboxing, fighting) that seem decently padded but I'm not sure if they'll do anything. I know if I got her real gloves they'd be a gag gift and then sit on a shelf.
