End Punching what do i say him? or i will end up punching him soon D:?
so my 'friend' was okay but now hes an ignorant ****, he's all saying 'im far more important than you, i wear jack wills' (i dont talk to him unless i have to) and he got a new £70 jumper and i joked 'you should of just gone to primark!' and he said 'ew never, its a poor shop' then he moaned he was cold and i said 'well hasn't your new jumper got ultra heating for that price? see should of gone primark'. And this shocked me what he said today i said 'what are you going to give to help for haiti friday?' him "why would i? there not me, i just hope we have non uniform so i can wear my new jack wills clothes" me 'but there one of the poorest countries how can you not help?' him "well they all need blowing up" I haven't spoken to him since, my mum said next i should just knock him out xD
But I just want to make him realise clothes dont make him a better person (obviously) and make him get out his a'rse! Any ideas? thanks so much!
Sounds to me like he has personal issues going on! most probably an insecure individual!
i bet he is from a not majorly wealthy family and all his friends growing up may have took the micky,so now to fit in he has to have the named brands no matter what they cost!
i have a friend that is exactly the same. i bet this friend of yours still lives at home with his parents!
wot a shock to the system he will have when he has to run his own place, bills etc. wont be able to buy all the named stuff then.
people like this will either do one of two things when they move into their own place
1} they realise they cant afford to keep buying named brands and accept the fact
OR
2} they still cant survive and they become in so much debt they end up with nothing(apart from the clothes, and that's useless for paying bills
i don't think you will be able to influence his mind at all this is something only he can do! no amount of punches will change this actually it will make him worse
P.S. its nice to hear people concidering others that have it alot worse than we do! hold your head high and be proud!

Practicing Boxing on a Double End Bag : One-Two Hook Variations & Defense on a Double End Punching Bag
It would be very interesting to see what would happen. You have the age old match-up between a skilled little fighter vs. a bigger lesser skilled fighter. It would be to the advantage of the bigger fighter(Matt) in a street fight and to JMM in a structured fight inside a ring.
Ooh fun! I have been working with my trainer for almost 5 years now and I definitely have my “favorites” and not so favorites. And some have switched places which is cool. (or moved into the F list after being Un) Here are mine, in no particular order.
1. Monkey walks
2. Wood chops with 10# medicine ball (thanks for reminding me)
3. Giant ball transfers (ab workout where you hold big ball between feet, arms overhead, lying down on back. Lift legs (with ball) up. Reach up and grab ball with hands, touch it to floor over head. Then meet feet in the “middle” again, transfer ball to feet, ball goes to touch floor by feet. Repeat)
4. Burpees!! I used to hate these with all of the fiery passion in my soul, but I now love them because I can do them without throwing up (that's always good, eh?). I can do 10 with great gusto, which makes me happy.
5. Plank-jacks. (jumping jacks in plank position – thanks Jillian Michaels!)
6. One minute plank. Ahhh.
7. Bicep curls while sitting on big ball.
8. The thing where you run as fast as you can with a giant rubber band around your pelvis, then SLOWLY crouch backward to starting position. (boing-backs?)
9.Stand-ups: hold onto strong rubber tubing things tied to a wall. Sit down, arms extended. Stand up. Repeat. This is a lot harder than it sounds.
10. Jogging on trampoline while “punching” with 2 lb weights. I was introduced to this when I hurt my ankle.
NOTE: STILL hate pushups. And jumping rope. Oh well.

Im sorry to tell you this but in a boxing match you wouldn`t last long because you need to spar and train with a couch.
keep up the training at home but go to a boxing club aswell and you`ll be really good.
